Stephanie is a University of Arizona graduate and holds a Master’s degree in counseling. She has an extensive background in counseling, customer service and business practices which makes her a perfect ally when facing foreclosure. Stephanie has assisted clients in various types of transaction such as Short Sales, Bank Owned Properties, Buying, Selling, New Home Construction and Investing. She has completed rigorous training relating to distressed properties (pre-foreclosure, bank owned and foreclosure properties) to earn her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. With the real estate market turning toward more and more pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties, Stephanie found the training to be the best she has ever completed. This intensive course focused on global market trends, dealing with banks to cut through the red tape, and how real estate agents can help homeowners by pointing out that there are options to avoid a foreclosure. Stephanie has made it her mission to help Tucson residents avoid foreclosure.
